Modtruss homes are designed around a repeatable, pre-engineered structural approach in which timber truss components integrate floor, wall and roof framing. Because every home in the range uses the same coordinated system, engineering, supply and assembly become more predictable, and your builder receives a package that has been thought through before it arrives.
The underlying structural technology is protected by intellectual property and employed by Modtruss under licence. Site-specific engineering is confirmed for every order.
