Is Modtruss a builder?
No. Modtruss supplies engineered home packages. Construction is undertaken separately by your appropriately licensed builder.
Can Modtruss build my home for me?
Modtruss does not currently provide the building contract. You appoint your own appropriately licensed builder.
Do prices include construction?
No. Displayed prices relate to the selected Modtruss materials package unless expressly stated otherwise.
Does Modtruss use a concrete slab?
The standard Modtruss concept is designed around a raised timber floor structure, subject to site-specific engineering.
Can I change the floor plan?
The Modtruss model relies on standardised designs and defined options. Changes outside the available configuration require review and may not be available.
Can I choose my colours?
At launch, coordinated Surfmist and Woodland Grey exterior selections are available for nominated windows, roofing and rainwater components. Other paint-finish items can be painted on site. Paint is not included unless stated.
Are approvals included?
No. Approval requirements vary by property and jurisdiction. If you need help, we can refer you to Mainsave Projects for independent site and approvals assistance.
Can I use my own builder?
Yes. Modtruss is structured so you can engage your own appropriately licensed builder.
Where do you deliver?
Initial supply is focused on NSW, Victoria and Queensland through facilities in Minto, Truganina and Wacol. Delivery availability and freight are confirmed for each postcode.
Are the homes Australian made?
Modtruss works with Australian manufacturing facilities and suppliers wherever practical.
How does the deposit work?
When you confirm your configuration online, a 20% deposit of the configured total secures your order. Site-specific engineering and final specifications are then confirmed before manufacture. Deposit terms are set out in our Terms of Sale.
Can builders and developers purchase Modtruss?
Yes. A dedicated commercial pathway is available for multiple-home and repeat orders.
